“I have to create a client experience in my hospital that’s so phenomenal that the client wants to never do business with anyone else, and that’s a tough feat. But, it’s talking to my staff, working with my staff, and saying, ‘You know what? My clients are my biggest asset, and without my clients, I don’t exist. I don’t have a business, and so often we’re worried about other things that we’re not worried about keeping our clients here.”
CVC educator Brian Conrad, CVPM, works hard and smart. He laughs loudly and joyously. And he is unrelentingly proactive about his work as practice manager, big industry thinker and now president of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association. He is never satisfied with old ideas, so every year he brings his newest thoughts, advice and opinions to CVC’s Practice Management track.
If you want to know where one of the smartest Certified Veterinary Practice Managers sees the veterinary industry traveling next, buy a ticket for a CVC near you and strap in for a rocket ride to the top!
