A graduate of the Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine, CVC educator Dr. Paul Bloom established the clinic Allergy, Skin and Ear Clinic for Pets in Livonia, WI in 1984. In 2001, Dr. Bloom became one of only 180 diplomates of veterinary dermatology in the entire United States—and the first in full-time private practice in Michigan.
