Join this course to discover the many benefits of Fear Free℠ veterinary visits, and reduce the stress that you, your team members, and your anxious, frightened, or difficult-to-handle patients feel.
Through lecture, video and live animal demonstrations, photos, and hands-on work with animal models you’ll learn how to make veterinary visits, examinations, procedures, and hospitalizations easier for everyone by using appropriate patient interaction strategies, gentle handling, and behavior modification and management techniques. You’ll also discover how to incorporate environmental enrichment tactics for optimal veterinary care in the hospital and at home.

Clinical Techniques Course registration is nontransferable. CVC reserves the right to cancel any Clinical Techniques Course by November 1, 2017. If the course is canceled by CVC, registrants will be notified and the Clinical Techniques Course paid fee will be credited or refunded. All cancellations of a Clinical Techniques Course by the registrant must be submitted in writing for a credit or refund, minus a $50 processing fee, by November 1, 2017. No request for refunds or changes will be accepted after November 1, 2017.
