On this tour, you will visit 3 local eateries featured on Food Network television shows, where you'll enjoy a sampling of their food and see why they caught the network's attention. In between visiting restaurants, you'll get to view several landmarks and learn 25 (or more!) interesting facts about the metro area. Your expert tour guide will describe Kansas City's role in the Civil War, the notorious Tom Pendergast era, the unique history behind the Country Club Plaza, and more. The Kansas City Zoo: A Trip through Asia and Australia

During your guided tour through the Asia and Australia areas of the zoo, you'll see rare Sumatran tigers, red pandas, orangutans, and more.
