Plus you get access to the exclusive data from Benchmarks 2011: A Study of Well-Managed Practices, a research partnership between Veterinary Economics and Wutchiett Tumblin and Associates.

What you'll take away from this intensive seminar:

  • A jump drive with all the spreadsheets you used in the course - filled in with your own numbers!
  • Clear goals and a new path to reach your desired results
  • Strategies for optimizing your fee structure
  • Key performance indicators for revenue and expenses that you can't get anywhere else
  • Tactics for leveraging the latest technology in your practice

Attendees will receive:

  • 14 hours of CE
  • Breakfast, lunch, and proceedings book

What you need to bring:

  • A write-up of your hospital’s strategic plan (if applicable), including three goals you’ve set for 2013
  • A statement of what you want to accomplish during this workshop
  • A summary of the wellness care packages you’re currently using (if applicable), including each package’s pricing and components of care
  • Any practice marketing initiatives you’re currently using, including the following:
    • The goals you hope to accomplish (e.g., increase new clients by 10 percent; increase revenue from a specific service, such as laser therapy or acupuncture, by 10 percent; expand your community presence by participating in three to four community events each year, etc.)
    • How and where you market your practice
    • The frequency of your marketing initiatives
    • The methods you use to track the results of each marketing initiative

Special package rate when you register for Progress in Practice + CVC.
