Advanced Track: Developed for technicians with five or more years of experience, this three-day, 30-lecture clinical series delivers cutting-edge information you can put to use immediately. The Advanced Track Clinical Programs have been approved for corresponding VTS certification by the Academy of Internal Medicine for Veterinary Technicians.

  • Saturday's anesthesia Advanced Track Clinical Program has been approved for VTS certification by the Academy of Veterinary Technician Anesthetists.
  • Sunday's dentistry Advanced Track Clinical Program has been approved for VTS certification by the Academy of Veterinary Dental Technicians.
  • Sunday's avian/exotic Advanced Track Clinical Program has been approved for VTS certification by the Academy of Veterinary Technicians in Clinical Practice (avian/exotic).

Practice Management for Technicians: Because your job requires more than clinical expertise, technicians can now choose from six hours of practice management seminars.

New Wet Lab & Workshop Opportunities: These labs or specifically for technicians or are open to technicians:
> The Complete Urinalysis
> Dental Radiography
> Dental Techniques for Technicians
> Anesthetic Monitoring Techniques for Technicians
> Cardiac Case Interpretation Workshop

For only $50, a limited number of seats are available for technicians to attend and observe only in specific labs, including
> Surgical Solutions: Patella Luxation,
> Surgical Solutions: Cruciate Ligament Injury,
> Practical Dental Techniques,
> Ophthalmic Surgery,
> and Abdominal Surgery.

You’re also encouraged to visit the Exhibit Hall during breaks for the latest information on new products and technology.
