To receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee, your registration cancellation must be made in writing by fax or mail post-marked by March 21, 2012. No refunds will be issued for conference or special program registration, tours, child care, wet labs, or workshops after March 21, 2012, and no-shows will not receive a refund.
