To receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee, your registration cancellation must be made in writing by fax or mail post-marked by April 3, 2013. No refunds will be issued for conference or special program registration, tours, child care, clinical techniques courses after April 3, 2013, and no-shows will not receive a refund.
