Cancellation and refund policy for CVC Kansas City
To receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee, your registration cancellation must be made in writing by fax or mail post-marked by July 17, 2013. No refunds will be issued for conference or special program registration, tours, child care, or clinical techniques course after July 17, 2013. No-shows will not receive a refund.
