Cancellation and refund policy for CVC in San Diego To receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee, your registration cancellation must be made in writing by fax or mail postmarked by Sept. 21, 2011. No refunds will be issued for conference or special program registration, tours, child care, Wet Labs, or Workshops after Sept. 21, 2011. No-shows will not receive a refund.
