- Profit and loss statement
- Balance sheet
- Reports showing revenue by provider and revenue by service
- Year-end active client counts for 2009 and 2010
- Year-end new client counts for 2009 and 2010
- Number of active patients by age category: less than 3 years, 3 to 6 years, 6.1 to 9 years, and older than 9 years.
