The National Veterinary Accreditation Program: Supplemental Training

The National Veterinary Accreditation Program (NVAP) has been updated to help meet the demands of a global market and emerging disease threats. This enhanced program helps strengthen accredited veterinarians’ understanding of their critical roles in the surveillance of foreign and emerging animal diseases as well as increase their knowledge on current animal health issues. Veterinarians will need to pursue APHIS-approved supplemental training to renew their accreditation every three years. With this goal in mind, APHIS approved supplemental training will be offered at CVC San Diego:
