Badges
All registered attendees and guests must wear a badge at all times. Attendees will not be admitted to lectures or the Exhibit Hall without a badge. If requested and applicable, an Exhibit Hall-only badge will be issued to a registered attendee’s guest. However, seminar attendance is for paid registrants only. Badges will not be mailed; you can pick them up onsite at the registration desk. For a $30 fee, Exhibit Hall-only badges are available onsite for veterinarians, technicians, practice managers, and team members who are affiliated with a practice and/or not working for an industry company. Exhibit Hall-only badges do not receive access to seminar rooms.

Guests
Guests (e.g. spouses, significant others, children) are defined as people not working in the veterinary industry. All veterinarians, technicians, practice managers, and team members must register and pay registration fees. Guests receive complimentary Exhibit Hall-only badges when included on the advance registration form. Onsite guest badges are $5. Children ages 10 to 18 receive free badges (list their names on the registration form); those under 10 do not require badges.
