All registered attendees and guests must wear a badge at all times. Attendees will not be admitted to lectures or the Exhibit Hall without a badge. If requested and applicable, an Exhibit Hall-only badge will be issued to a registered attendee’s guest. However, seminar attendance is for paid registrants only. Badges will not be mailed; you can pick them up onsite at the registration desk. For a $45 fee, Exhibit Hall-only badges are available onsite for veterinarians, technicians, practice managers, and team members who are affiliated with a practice and/or not working for an industry company. Exhibit Hall-only badges do not receive access to seminar rooms.
Guests (e.g. spouses, significant others, children) are defined as people not working in the veterinary industry. All veterinarians, technicians, practice managers, and team members must register and pay registration fees. Guests receive complimentary Exhibit Hall-only badges when included on the advance registration form. Guests, including children, do not receive access to the seminar rooms. Onsite guest badges are $5. Children ages 10 to 18 receive free badges (list their names on the registration form); those under 10 do not require badges.
Please indicate any special needs on your registration form. CVC management will contact you for additional information and make every effort to meet your needs.
Recordings and photography
From time to time, photographs, motion pictures, and/or video recordings may be made in the show facility, which recordings may include images of attendees of the convention. Attendees cannot hinder, obstruct, or interfere in any way with such photography or recordings whether by the show management, its agents, attendees, or other exhibitors, and hereby consent to the show management's use of such recordings for commercial purposes.
With such a wide variety of great lectures, it’s difficult to attend every session. Thanks to CVC Washington, D.C.
