Besides saving you money, early registration may also secure your seat in popular Wet Labs and Workshops, tours, and other programs. Registrations postmarked after March 14, 2012, will be processed at the higher, on-site rates and may not be available for immediate pickup on site. Register online or by faxing or mailing in the registration form. All essential information must be provided in order for the registration form to be processed.
The registration form is for one attendee and guests. Use a separate registration form for each attendee, making copies as needed. Everyone attending CVC and requesting hotel accommodations must be registered. Write your name as you wish it to appear on your badge and in the registration roster. Guests only have access to the Exhibit Hall. Hospital team members are not considered guests. All veterinarians, veterinary technicians, practice managers, and team members must register and pay registration fees. Exhibit Hall-only badges for team members may be purchased ($30 each) on site.
Registrations made using a purchase order will be accepted in lieu of payment to hold your place. All fees must be paid by March 14, 2012, to receive the pre-registration rates.
Wet Labs & Workshops
Wet Labs and Workshops require an additional (nontransferable) registration fee. CVC reserves the right to cancel any wet lab or workshop that does not meet minimum registrations by March 21, 2012. If the lab is cancelled by CVC, registrants will be notified and all paid wet lab fees credited or refunded. Click here for more information about wet labs.
Cancellations
All cancellations of a lab, workshop, or registration by the registrant must be submitted in writing for a credit or refund (minus a $50 processing fee). No requests for refunds or changes will be accepted after March 21, 2012.
Child Care
Licensed child care services will be offered Wednesday through Sunday in the Convention Center. Sign up for child care on the registration form and indicate the age of each child. You will receive information and forms for each registered child. Child care is limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations must be made in writing and received no later than March 21, 2012. No cancellations will be accepted after this date.
